Terms of Use

AD-GAM provides a platform for discovering events and services, making bookings, receiving digital tickets and checking entry. The organiser or service provider is responsible for delivering the listed event, journey, venue time or other service unless AD-GAM is expressly named as the organiser.

You must provide accurate information, review the listing before payment and use an authorised payment method. Prices are shown in Gambian dalasi unless stated otherwise. A purchase is complete only after payment confirmation and issuance of a valid ticket or booking pass.

All completed sales are non-refundable except for the limited cases in the Refund Policy or where applicable law requires otherwise. Event cancellations, postponements and customer cancellations are handled under the Cancellation Policy.

Each ticket is a revocable licence for the stated event or service. Do not copy, alter, resell deceptively or share a QR code or ticket token. The first valid scan may redeem the ticket. Organisers may refuse entry for an invalid, duplicated, refunded, used or fraudulently obtained ticket, or for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

Organisers must provide accurate listings, hold required permissions, honour valid tickets, operate safely, protect customer information and follow applicable law. AD-GAM may review, suspend or remove organisers and listings to protect customers or the service.

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, scan tickets without permission, misuse customer information, create fraudulent orders, or use AD-GAM for unlawful or harmful activity.

We aim to keep AD-GAM reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, AD-GAM is not responsible for an organiser’s performance or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Disputes should first be raised with AD-GAM so we can try to resolve them fairly. We may update these terms as the service develops; the version in force when you purchase applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
