Cancellation Policy
This policy explains what happens when a customer, organiser or venue cancels or changes an event, journey or timed booking.
Effective 21 August 20261. Customer cancellations
Tickets and confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund by the customer. If the organiser allows a name change or transfer, that option will be stated on the event listing or purchase confirmation. AD-GAM does not guarantee transfers.
2. Organiser cancellations
If an organiser cancels and no equivalent replacement is provided, AD-GAM will notify affected customers using the available contact or in-app channel and explain the remedy offered. This may be a refund, replacement ticket or credit, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Postponements and venue changes
A ticket normally remains valid when an event is postponed, rescheduled or moved. The organiser is responsible for providing accurate updated information. If a change is material, any available refund or exchange window will be included in the notice.
4. Hourly and timed bookings
Customer no-shows, late arrivals and unused time are non-refundable. A venue that cannot honour a confirmed slot should offer a reasonable replacement time or ask AD-GAM to review a refund.
5. Weather, safety and events beyond control
Organisers may delay, relocate or cancel an event for safety, severe weather, public authority requirements or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. The organiser will determine the available remedy, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
