Your information

Privacy Policy

AD-GAM uses only the information needed to issue tickets, manage bookings, prevent fraud and support customers and organisers.

Effective 21 August 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use AD-GAM, we may collect:

  • payment phone number information: a secure fingerprint and the last four digits; AD-GAM does not store your full payment phone number;
  • ticket, booking, event, transaction and entry-scan records;
  • ticket tokens saved on your device so you can reopen your passes;
  • organiser application details such as business name, contact name, phone details and email address; and
  • basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to process and confirm orders, issue and verify QR passes, prevent duplicate entry and fraud, manage capacity and timed bookings, review organisers, provide support, keep financial and operational records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

3. When information is shared

We may share the minimum necessary information with the relevant organiser or venue, payment and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where lawfully required. We do not sell personal information.

4. Device storage and payments

Your browser stores ticket tokens locally so “My tickets” can retrieve your passes. Removing browser data or changing devices may remove that shortcut. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms; never give AD-GAM or an organiser your wallet PIN.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for ticket validation, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, access controls and limited-data design, but no online service can promise absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, or object to certain uses. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, completed transactions or legal obligations. We will respond in line with applicable law.

7. Children and changes

A parent or guardian should supervise purchases made for a child. We may update this policy as the service develops; material changes will be dated and presented clearly.
